Title seems I would write on monkeys but certainly I am going to talk on people who have monkeys’ few characteristics e.g. snatcher, greediness and hastiness. Those people are students. I came across this subject while I was hanging out after bunking the classes of my college and I asked myself, “why am I outside? What is not inside of class which can attract me?” Therefore, Teachers should show banana (lure) to get all monkeys (students).

If a student is out of class while lectures are going on then what should be reason behind it? It could be that student is not interested or teaching style is not interesting. Suppose student is not interested then what should be reason behind it? Again teaching style could be reason. I don’t blame teachers but something is wrong in teaching style or education system. And that wrong thing is that students are not being made curious toward study. It is in teachers’ hand to generate curiosity toward education among students hence they get attracted to study and sit in classrooms. I remember few teachers of my school & college life, there are just awesome. They actually know how to make students attend their each lecture because they use this funda “Show banana and get the monkeys”. And this funda is very simple, “Teachers create some interesting atmosphere in classrooms which attract students and make them feel the worth of being inside of class instead being outside of it”. If quality of education is getting decreased then there cannot be only one reason (students’ laziness) but the way education is being delivered can be wrong and that has to be taken seriously & consciously by all teachers. Remember one thing always, “Anything, which is been talked or taught with curiosity, becomes memorable for lifetime”.

“Show banana” means generate curiosity and “get the monkeys” means attract the students. In this era, to build strong relation between students and teachers this funda should be implemented.

We must generate curiosity
to make educational university…
