Have you ever been teased on your disabilities? Have ever people made a fun of yourself just because they think they are a lot better than you? I am sure most of you have been suffering from this. I am driven to write on this subject because I felt that for a long time common people of India is having the same condition. Is this a helpless, hopeless and leaderless country?!
A very lucrative career option in India is politics where one can be a millionaire too early. The essay on becoming leader of a nation what I studied in school time, now could be written in a completely other way. For a few years, we have seen many scams which have eroded our country’s economy & development. Not only ruling party has scams but also other parties’ politicians have scams, few of them have been revealed and the rest will be too. Politicians are humiliating common people by misusing governmental treasure and by misleading their power. Britishers ruled India for 200 years and that’s why we (common people) now have a habit of slavery. We don’t want to oppose any wrongdoing and that is the reason why undeserved, ineligible and unwanted people are in top authorities. And those worst authorities neither bring good change nor let come inside a good leader. At that pathetic condition, it becomes necessary to revolutionize it. And revolution doesn’t come easily, not by teaching people what is revolution, not even by showing the destruction but revolution comes when you yourself realize that you been humiliated by a system. Gandhiji in South Africa in 1893, faced discrimination and was thrown off a train. Gandhiji realized that he was humiliated by a Britisher and he decided to throw the whole British rule out of India. The habit of saying “let it be” to insult and discrimination can’t help you to enjoy your freedom. Realization of being humiliated drives you to stand for your rights. For examples, Anna Hazare and Arvind Kezriwal are from common people who realized this humiliation and hence they are fighting for their rights. Nobody else will fight for your right but you have to do it for yourself, for your family and for your nation.
People poke your soft spot. We don’t react strongly to their wrong deeds that’s why it is our soft spot and those corrupted people are poking our soft spot. So, be a strong enough to stand for your rights and build this nation what our patriots dreamed it. I try to inspire you by writing, I am performing my part, are you?
